  Once your term ends you can retrieve your bin at the designated time and place. It should be sent to you via email. 

 If you need to access your bin early for whatever reason send an email to campus.crates.uo@gmail.com requesting a pickup. Please note there will be a $50 convenience fee.

Yes, you can opt to buy the bin at checkout when you book your term.

Nope! Campus Crates is available year round. You may opt for month by month storage if you wish. 

We do not refund bins. However if there is a technical issue please let us know.

Campus Crates is not responsible for any lost or damaged property.  

Anything that fits and allows the lid to close properly! Please do not put any of the following: illegal items, pets, firearms, items that will spoil, etc...
